Many plans assume you haveĀ 12+ hours a week to train, that you are equally experienced in all three sports and have nothing better to do on the weekends than put big training sessions in. Our bespoke plans are built around your lifestyle to ensure triathlon compliments the other areas of your life instead of dominating them, and meets you where you are in each individual discipline.

Strength and Conditioning as StandardĀ 

We all know we should be doing more strength work, but it can feel confusing, intimidating and overwhelming. We meet you where you are to help you become a better rounded athlete.

Full Consultation

Each plan starts with a full, in depth consultation which lasts for around 90 minutes. We discuss your training history, goals, equipment available, schedule and more to ensure that the plan is completely built around you from the ground up.

Ongoing Support

While there is no scheduled coach contact with this plan, we are still here if you really need us. If you don't understand what is asked of you, or have suffered a major setback in your training such as injury or illness, we can provide email based support to help you get back on track.

Pricing

Our bespoke plans are priced at Ā£60 per calendar month, that's less than half the price of someĀ AI platforms! There is a three month minimum commitment, although we can write plans up to 12 months long if that's preferable.Ā
