Our bespoke plans are built around your lifestyle to ensure triathlon compliments the other areas of your life instead of dominating them, and meets you where you are in each individual discipline.

Strength and Conditioning at No Extra Cost
We all know we should be doing more strength work, but it can feel confusing, intimidating and overwhelming. We meet you where you are to help you become a better rounded athlete.

Full Consultation
Each plan starts with a full, in depth consultation which lasts for around 90 minutes. We discuss your training history, goals, equipment available, schedule and more to ensure that the plan is completely built around you from the ground up.

Ongoing Support
While there is no scheduled coach contact with this plan, we are still here if you really need us. If you don't understand what is asked of you, or have suffered a major setback in your training such as injury or illness, we can provide email based support to help you get back on track.
Educational content worth over £200
Even though you don't have regular contact with your coach as part of this plan, we still want to answer your questions.
This is why we are including full access to our educational courses, covering subjects such as strength training and nutrition to ensure you are race ready.

PRICING
My bespoke training plans are priced at £60 per month, written a minimum commitment of 3 months due to the time involved in setup.
I'm not going to suggest this is pocket change, but let's compare it to other triathlon expenses:
Annual membership to a health club: £2400
Cervelo P3X triathlon bike: £8799
Zipp Super-9 disc wheel: £2450
Zone 3 Vanquish-X wetsuit: £699
IRONMAN entry fee: £649
Return plane ticket to Kona for a single adult- £1400
