Improved Energy Levels

Your nutritional choices have an enormous impact on the energy you have available for training. If you struggle to peel yourself out of bed to get to the pool when the alarm goes off, then looking at your nutrition is a great way to help provide us with more energy on a day to day basis

Race Day Nutrition Plan

Knowing what to eat before and during a race can feel overwhelming and confusing. Simply having a gel when you feel hungry isn't going to cut it, especially over longer distances. We will work together to help you come up with a strategy to make sure your performance on the day is dictated by your legs, rather than your stomach

 

Understand Macros

Having a good understanding of carbohydrates, protein and fats will massively improve your performance. Not only what each macro does, but also different types of each macro, and how much we should be looking to consume of each.

 
 

Micronutrient Mastery

Micronutrients make up vitamins and minerals which are essential to our health and wellbeing. Supplement manufacturers will try to sell you all sorts of expensive solutions, I will teach you how to hit your targets and optimise your health, without breaking the bank.

In 2016 I left my career in the film industry to train as a triathlon coach to help more amateur athletes find their finish line, and achieve their goals. 

As part of my training, I chose to become a Certified Nutrition Coach to ensure I could confidently provide athletes with high quality nutritional advice based around the individual.
