Body composition is a tricky topic for triathletes, and something I have long skirted around. The benefits of being a few kilos lighter are broadly over exaggerated, and there is a huge amount of toxicity in the weight loss space.
However, it is this level of shaming and misinformation which pushed me to record this podcast episode. As a Certified Nutrition Coach I wanted to dispel the myths and prevent athletes falling into the clutches of those who push unhealthy and unsustainable practices.
