Complete your first sprint triathlon

This eight week plan is designed for those who have limited experience in swimming, cycling and running but want to complete a pool based sprint triathlon consisting of a 750M swim, 20KM bike and 5KM run. All you need to do ahead of purchasing this plan is be able to swim a single length of the pool, run for one minute, and ride a bike without falling off.

To follow this plan you will require a GPS watch, as well as the basic equipment required for each sport.
