ThisĀ 39 week IRONMAN plan is designed for those who have already completed a 70.3 triathlon (or are very confident in their ability to complete one), and are looking to step up to a full distance.Ā
To follow this plan you will require a GPS watch. A turbo trainer and basic swimming equipment (hand paddles, fins and pull buoy) will help you get the most out of this plan.
